The Path to your Essence

Over five days, you will be guided through a powerful journey of release, reconnection, and awakening , a sacred space designed to bring you back to the truth of who you are.

Day 1 — Sunday Afternoon/Evening

The Opening

We begin gently.

After arriving and sharing an intimate evening meal together, we open the sacred space with a guided meditation and intention-setting ceremony. This is a soft landing.

A moment to exhale from the outside world, return to the body, and begin releasing the masks you have learned to wear.

Without force, without pressure, the armour begins to soften.

Through presence, connection, and sacred intention, we create a space where you can begin this journey feeling safe enough to be seen, not for who you have needed to be, but for who you truly are.

Day 2 — Monday

The Sacred Revelation

We begin at sunrise with cacao, inviting the heart to open gently to the day ahead and to your true desires.

We will uncover your deepest heart desires which might be hidden underneath the stories and the fears.

As the body settles and the nervous system softens, we begin exploring the inherited stories, unconscious patterns, and ancestral imprints that may have shaped the way you move through life, love, leadership, and self-worth.

Through nature, creative expression, ritual, and transformative practices, you begin meeting the deeper parts of yourself.

This is a day of awareness.
A day to honour what has been carried, and to begin releasing what is no longer yours to hold.

Day 3: Tuesday

The Blueprint

Mapping your Human Design and Gene Keys to reveal your natural power

On this day, we turn inward and explore the unique energetic blueprint of who you are.
Through Human Design and Gene Keys, you’ll gain deeper insight into your gifts, your patterns, your purpose, and the way you are designed to move through the world.

This is about remembering your nature not forcing, fixing, or becoming someone else, but understanding the wisdom already within you.

Day 4 – Wednesday

The Embodyment.

This is where the inner shifts begin to take root.

You will be guided to integrate what has been revealed and anchor the next version of yourself more fully into your body, your choices, and your reality.

This is a day for clarity, activation, and truth, where insight becomes embodiment, and transformation becomes tangible.

Day 5 – Thursday

The Departure and Anchoring

Integration and the roadmap for your path home.

We close by honouring all that has moved, opened, and awakened.

This day is about integration, not as an ending, but as a beginning.

You will leave with greater clarity on your next steps, a deeper connection to yourself, and a roadmap for how to continue walking this path when you return home.

Debora Luzi

Debora Luzi is a Manifesting Generator, 3 /5 emotional authority with a 59 life work of Intimacy and Transparency. Debora is a word alchemist, visibility strategist, author and speaker trainer. Debora is dedicating her life to guide female entrepreneurs to fully own who they are online and onstage and be unapologetically themselves while being highly compensated for their work in the world.

Teresa Filice is a 4th Level Shaman dedicated to the ancient healing practices of the Q’ero Indians of Peru. She has been a healer for 22 years and a Shaman for the past nine. Her life’s purpose revolves around harnessing the wisdom and ancestral knowledge of the Q’ero people, channeling their sacred traditions to bring healing and transformation to those who seek it.

Over the years, she has undergone extensive training and initiation, ascending to 4th Level Shaman in the Q’ero tradition.

Teresa is a 6/2 Manifesting Generator, Emotional authority. Her life work is that of the Magician ( Gene Key 60). The one who transcend limitation and create magical realism.

Her Healing sessions are designed to address physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances, guiding individuals on a journey of self-discovery, growth, and wellbeing.
